DELIVERY

Once your order is placed we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a delivery date. Delivery is within one week unless the merchandise is not in stock. If the merchandise you ordered is not in stock, we will advise you with a approximate date of when the merchandise will become available. Most out of stock items are replenished within 3 weeks If you need immediate delivery, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to make sure your merchandise is in stock for quick delivery. We ask that you be available the entire day of your delivery. eDiscount Furniture delivery service will contact you the evening before your delivery date and give you a 3 hour time frame in which we will deliver your furniture/mattress. This is an approximate time frame and sometimes we are not able to make the delivery within the given time frame due to unforseeable traffic or longer furniture assembly times. If the time frame does not work for you, we will have to reschedule your delivery for a later date.. If you are unsure if you are in a remote area, please call us and we will advise you. If you place an order and you live in a remote area we will call and notify you of the extra delivery fee.

 
LOW PRICE GUARANTEE
If you find your furniture/mattress for less from any online or furniture retailer we will match the price within 30 days from day of delivery with no hassles plus we will beat thier price by 10% off the total out the door price. Its our way of upholding our "outstanding" service policy. .
 
Price matches will be verified prior to honoring price. We do not honor pricing errors which would put us at a loss from other retailers. Brick and morter and online retailers inlcuding Wayfair.com, Overstock.com and Amazon.com price matches must include the total out the door price including shipping costs.
 
 
CANCELLATIONS
Please be curteous and cancel your order at least 48 hours before delivery.

MATTRESS REMOVAL
eDiscount Furniture  offers this service to all customers purchasing a new mattress set. Let your Sleep Consultants know you’d like to take advantage of the pickup and recycling haul away service. Pickup and recycling service carries with it a $30 (per set) haul away charge; ediscount Furniture will pickup and recycle your old mattress set. This fee also includes pickup for your old bed frame. Once your mattress set is removed there will be no way to get it back. Mattress sets infested with bed bugs will not be removed.
 
 
FURNITURE AND MATTRESS WARRANTY
eDiscount Furniture provides a manufacturer's warranty on all items for 6 months up to 1 year from the day of delivery. This covers all manufacturers’ defects within 6 months to 1 year of delivery but does not cover damage resulting from misuse like exposure to extreme temperature, negligence, wrong assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, etc. If your item arrives and you discover any major defects or a damaged piece just give us a call and we will schedule you a Customer Service visit to replace the damaged piece or item, no problem! If you trash your boxes/wrappings, the Warranty will still be honored as long as you meet the above terms. The Warranty covers damaged items caused by the manufacturer or eBudget Furniture only. The conditions of the Warranty does not apply to the Exchange/Refund Policy.
 
RETURNS
You have 3 days (including weekends) after your furniture/mattress is delivered to notify us that you would like to return your furniture. eDiscount Furniture will gladly accept your return free of any pick up fees or restocking fees. eDiscount Furniture will NOT accept any items for return that have been assembled by you or our delivery team at any time. eDiscount Furniture will not accept any returns of Mattresses or Foundations once the plastic wrap has been removed. All furniture or mattress items must be returned in the original manufacturers wrapping. eDiscount Furniture does offer the right for you inspect and look at your furniture when it is delivered to see if the item you purchased is the right color and quality you expected. If the furniture is not what you expected simply let the delivery team know and we will bring it back and you will recieve a full refund.
